Section 645D.238 - Approved schools: Certification requirements1. An approved school shall require each student in an approved course to attend the required number of hours of instruction and pass a final examination in the approved course with a score of not less than 75 percent to attain certification.2. The school may certify only the number of hours for which the course has been approved by the Division.3.
