Section 645C.510 - Hearings: Continuances1. The time of a hearing before the Commission may be continued by the Commission upon the written petition of the licensee or holder of a certificate or upon the written petition of the Division, for good cause shown, or by stipulation of the parties to the hearing.2. A continuance will not be granted on the grounds that the attorney for the licensee or holder of a certificate has not had an opportunity to review the case unless the attorney was given the case by the licensee or holder of a certificate less than 15 calendar days before the hearing.3. A continuance will not be granted unless it is made in good faith and not merely for delay.Nev. Admin. Code § 645C.510
