Section 645C.118 - Termination of certificate of supervisory appraiser

If the certificate of a supervisory appraiser is cancelled, suspended or revoked, the supervisory appraiser shall deliver his or her certificate to the Division with the registration cards of his or her interns. The interns may, upon proper application and payment of the required fees, transfer to the association of another supervisory appraiser. No refund will be given if a certificate is cancelled, suspended or revoked.
