Section 645C.104 - Permit: Qualifications of applicant1. To apply for a permit issued pursuant to NRS 645C.363, a person must hold a current license or certificate issued by another state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia and be in good standing with the authority which issued the license or certificate.2. The Division shall not issue a permit to a person:(a) Whose license or certificate is revoked or suspended by the licensing authority of another jurisdiction; or(b) Who has failed to fulfill any penalties imposed by the licensing authority of another jurisdiction, at the time the person applies for a permit.
