Section 645C.225 - Approved schools: Advertising

A school approved by the Division shall not make any misrepresentation in its advertising about any course of instruction which it offers to fulfill requirements for licensing or certification under this chapter. Any advertisement must specify that such courses have been approved by the Real Estate Division of the Department of Business and Industry.
