Section 645C.215 - Educational requirements for approved school1. A school which the Division has approved to give a course fulfilling the educational requirements for original licensing or certification shall require each student to attend the required number of hours of instruction and pass an examination in the course.2. The school may certify only the number of hours for which the course has been approved by the Division.3. The completion of a portion of a course is not acceptable to satisfy licensing or certification requirements.4. As used in this section, an "hour of instruction" means 50 minutes or more.
