Section 645B.0087 - "Mobile home" interpreted

For the purposes of NRS 645B.0132, the term "mobile home," as used in the definition of "dwelling" in 15 U.S.C. § 1602(v), is interpreted to include a manufactured home or a trailer if that trailer is used or expected to be used as a residence.
