Section 645B.363 - Course material for initial licensure and continuing education: Approved subjectsThe following subjects are approved as course material for initial licensing and continuing education:
1. Federal laws and regulations relating to mortgage lending;2. The provisions of Nevada laws and regulations, including, without limitation: (a) Chapter 645B of NRS governing mortgage companies and mortgage loan originators;(b) Chapter 598D of NRS governing unfair lending practices;(c) Chapter 645A of NRS governing escrow agencies and agents;(d) Chapter 645F of NRS governing mortgage lending and related professions; and(e) Chapter 107 of NRS governing deeds of trust;3. Mortgage industry practices and information;4. Ethics, including, without limitation, instruction on fraud, consumer protection and fair lending issues;5. Lending standards for the nontraditional mortgage product marketplace; and6. Any other subject approved by the Registry.Nev. Admin. Code § 645B.363
