Section 645A.280 - Semiannual activity report: Requirement; contents; review and certification by control person1. Each escrow agency shall file with the Commissioner a semiannual activity report on a date and in a form prescribed by the Commissioner.2. The semiannual activity report must include:(a) Information concerning the operations of the escrow agency, including the number of escrow transactions conducted by the escrow agency and the total dollar volume of those transactions;(b) Information concerning the administration of trust accounts;(c) A one-page summary report of the completed three-way reconciliation from the last month of the report period; and(d) Other documents in support of the activity report as required by the Commissioner.3. The activity report required pursuant to this section must be reviewed and certified by a control person of the escrow agency.Nev. Admin. Code § 645A.280
