Section 645.177 - Supervision of branch office1. Every branch office of a real estate broker must be under the supervision of a broker or a broker-salesperson who, within the preceding 4 years, has had 2 years of active experience as a broker, broker-salesperson, or salesperson in the United States.2. While supervising a branch office, a broker-salesperson has all the duties of and is subject to the penalties applicable to a broker under chapter 645 of NRS and this chapter.Nev. Admin.
