Section 645.4448 - Notice of policy of sponsor concerning cancellations and refunds1. In addition to the requirements set forth in NAC 645.4432, the sponsor of a course for postlicensing education shall notify the Division as soon as possible if the course is cancelled.2. Any advertising, promotional brochure or form for registration for a course for postlicensing education must contain, in writing, the policy of the sponsor concerning cancellations and refunds.Nev.
