Section 645.4436 - Approved courses: Reapproval

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the Division shall reapprove an approved course if no material changes in the course have occurred since the course was last approved or reapproved. If the course is designated as presenting an update on law and legislation, the Division shall reapprove the course only once.
