Section 645.425 - Approved schools: Instructors; guest lecturers; statement required in advertisementsA school which conducts courses approved by the Division:
1. May employ as instructors of those courses only persons who meet the qualifications set forth in NAC 645.426.2. Shall limit noncertificated guest lecturers who are experts in the related fields to a total of 9 instructional hours per approved course.3. Shall include a statement that the school is approved by the Division on all advertisements of the school.Nev. Admin. Code § 645.425
