Section 645.457 - Information required on course materials; restriction of attendance1. If a course has been approved and is being offered for continuing education, the sponsor must state on all the course materials:(a) That the course is approved for continuing education in Nevada;(b) The number of hours of credit for continuing education for which the course is approved;(c) The number of the sponsor assigned by the Division; and(d) The manner in which instruction for the course will be delivered.2. If a course offered by a sponsor that is a professional organization has been approved for continuing education, the sponsor shall not restrict attendance at the course to members of that organization.Nev.
