Section 644A.235 - Course in infection control and prevention required for renewal of license or certificate of registration; approval of course by Board

A person applying for renewal of a license or certificate of registration pursuant to this chapter and chapter 644A of NRS will not receive credit for a course for the purposes of subsection 5 of NRS 644A.520 unless the Board approves the course for that purpose.
