Section 644A.205 - Certification of licensure1. A request for a certification of licensure in this State must be submitted electronically on a form provided by the Board. Upon the receipt of a completed request for a certification of licensure, the Board will forward the certification of licensure to the requesting jurisdiction.2. The Board will accept a certification of licensure from another jurisdiction only if the Board receives the certification directly from the agency in the other jurisdiction authorized to provide such certifications. A certification of licensure from another jurisdiction is valid for 6 months after the date on which the Board receives the certification. The Board will not accept altered forms of a certification of licensure.Nev. Admin. Code § 644A.205
