Section 644A.293 - Examination for licensure as instructorAn applicant for licensure as an instructor must successfully complete:
1. A theory examination, with a passing score of not less than 75 percent; and2. A law examination consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions on Nevada law relating to cosmetology, with a passing score of not less than 75 percent.Nev. Admin. Code § 644A.293
