Section 644A.030 - "Dispensary" defined

"Dispensary" means a physical location or area in a cosmetological establishment or a school of cosmetology primarily used for the preparation, measuring, mixing, portioning or disposal of cosmetology supplies, products, chemicals or disinfectants or for the cleaning or disinfection of tools or implements.
