Section 644A.875 - Additional grounds for disciplinary action for cosmetologist, hair designer, esthetician or nail technologist who is supervising apprentice

A licensed cosmetologist, hair designer, esthetician or nail technologist who is supervising and training an apprentice may be subject to discipline by the Board for any action or omission for which the apprentice is subject to discipline by the Board.
