Section 644A.305 - Approval or denial of application

The Board will review an application submitted pursuant to NAC 644A.300, including the form completed by the licensed cosmetologist, hair designer, electrologist, esthetician or nail technologist pursuant to NAC 644A.310, and approve or deny it within 10 business days after the date it is received by the Board. If approved, a certificate of registration will be issued and sent to the apprentice within 10 days after the date the Board approves the application.
