Section 643.525 - Notice of violations and administrative fine; request for hearing; date fines are due1. At the time of an inspection, the board member or agent of the board conducting the inspection, shall present to the barber or owner of the barber school under inspection a list of violations discovered and the fine imposed for those violations.2. If the barber or owner chooses to contest the imposition of the fine, he may, within 15 days after the date of inspection, request a hearing before the board. The board will place this matter on the agenda for its next regularly scheduled meeting.3. All fines imposed by the board are due to the board 30 days after the date of inspection, if no hearing is requested.Nev. Admin. Code § 643.525
