Section 642.160 - Transportation of dead human bodies1. A licensed funeral director, or a person designated by the licensed funeral director to act on behalf of the licensed funeral director, may transport a dead human body if it is embalmed and prepared by a licensed embalmer.2. A licensed funeral director, or a person designated by the licensed funeral director to act on behalf of the licensed funeral director, may transport a dead human body that is not embalmed if the body is:(a) Sealed in a container that is approved by the Board; and(b) Transported in a properly licensed motor vehicle or aircraft owned, operated, chartered or leased by a licensed funeral director or mortuary.3. A licensed funeral director, or a person designated by the licensed funeral director to act on behalf of the licensed funeral director, may, without complying with the provisions of subsection 1 or 2, transport a dead human body from a location inside this State or within 90 miles of this State to any other location inside this State or within 90 miles of this State.Nev.
