Section 642.150 - Location for preparation of funerals1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a licensed funeral director shall not engage in the business of preparing for funerals at a place of business which is not the specific street address or location of the fixed place or establishment where the funeral director conducts his business.2. Upon the request of a member of the family of a dead person, a funeral director may prepare for a funeral at the home of a member of the family or another location designated by a member of the family.Nev.
