Section 642.117 - Board shall deem incomplete application withdrawn after 2 years

The Board will consider an application for the issuance of a license, permit or certificate pursuant to chapter 451, 452 or 642 of NRS to be withdrawn if the Board has not received the information and fees required to complete the application within 2 years after the date on which the application is first submitted to the Board.
