Section 642.110 - Certificate of authority to operate cemetery: Payment of fees for renewal1. On or before January 1 of each even-numbered year, a person who holds a certificate of authority to operate a cemetery issued pursuant to chapter 452 of NRS shall pay the fee set forth in NRS 642.0696 to renew the certificate. If he or she does not pay the required fee before February 1 of that even-numbered year, the holder of the certificate shall pay the late fee set forth in NRS 642.0696 in addition to the renewal fee.2. The Board will not accept an application for the renewal of a certificate of authority to operate a cemetery submitted after March 1 of an even-numbered year.Nev. Admin. Code § 642.110
