If an applicant is:
1. An active member of, or the spouse of an active member of, the Armed Forces of the United States, the applicant is exempt from payment of the fee set forth in NRS 642.0696 for an application for a license, certificate or permit issued by the Board pursuant to chapter 451, 452 or 642 of NRS.2. A veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran, the Board will charge one-half of the fee set forth in NRS 642.0696 for an application for a license, certificate or permit issued by the Board pursuant to chapter 451, 452 or 642 of NRS.Nev.
