Section 641D.Sec. 37 - NEW1. Except as otherwise provided in section 38, during the 2 years immediately preceding the date on which a licensee submits an application for the renewal of his or her license, the licensee must complete:(a) The continuing education required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, to maintain his or her certification;(b) At least 2 hours of instruction in evidence-based suicide prevention and awareness; and(c) At least 6 hours of instruction in cultural competency and diversity, equity and inclusion.2. If a licensee misrepresents the completion of continuing education, he or she will be subject to discipline, including, without limitation, suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of his or her license.3. The Board may conduct random audits of licensees to ensure compliance with the requirements set forth in this section.Nev. Admin. Code § 641D.Sec. 37
