Section 641C.080 - Applicability of provisions relating to acquisition, maintenance and disclosure of information relating to client1. To information that is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191, as amended, 42 C.F.R. Part 2 and 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164; and2. If the information is subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191, as amended, 42 C.F.R. Part 2 and 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, only to the extent that the provisions of this chapter relating to the acquisition, maintenance and disclosure of the information do not conflict with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191, as amended, 42 C.F.R.
