Section 641C.570 - Filing pleadings and motions

An original and two legible copies of each pleading, motion or other paper related to any proceeding or hearing before the Board must be filed with the Board. The Board may direct a party who is filing a pleading, motion or other paper to make a copy of the pleading, motion or paper available to any other person who the Board determines may be affected by the proceeding or hearing and who wishes to have a copy.
