Section 641C.540 - Construction

The Board will construe all pleadings so as to administer justice between the parties, and the Board will, and its presiding officer shall, at every stage of any proceeding, disregard errors or defects in the pleadings or proceeding which do not affect the substantive rights of the parties involved in the proceeding.
