Section 641C.500 - Classification of parties

Parties to proceedings before the Board must be styled the "applicant," "complainant," "petitioner," "protestant" or "respondent," according to the nature of the proceedings and the relationship of the parties. In any proceeding initiated by the Board, the Board will be styled the "staff."
