Section 641B.240 - Use of title1. Each licensee shall use his or her title designated in this chapter in all communications with the Board.2. An applicant for licensure as a licensed independent social worker or as a licensed clinical social worker who is in a program to complete the required hours of supervised, postgraduate training shall, during the course of the program of internship, use the title "intern" in all communications made within the scope of his or her practice, including, without limitation, all communications with the Board and with his or her respective clients.Nev.
