Section 641B.390 - Official notice

In addition to the facts mentioned in subsection 5 of NRS NRS NRS 233B.123, the Board may take official notice of regulations, official reports, decisions, orders, standards or records of the Board, of any other regulatory agency of the State of Nevada, or of any court of record.
