Section 641B.345 - Notice of hearing1. The Board will serve notice of a hearing at least 10 days before the date set for the hearing. A hearing which has been previously continued may be reset on advance notice of at least 3 days.2. If a notice of hearing and formal complaint are served at the same time, they may be considered together to satisfy the requirements of chapter 233B of NRS.Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.345
