Section 641B.124 - Practice by electronic, telephonic or other means

The provision of social work services remotely to a client within this State through any means, including, without limitation, electronic means or telecommunication technologies, regardless of the location of the social worker, constitutes the practice of social work and is subject to the provisions of chapter 641B of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant to that chapter.
