Section 641B.085 - List of licensed persons; notice of change of address1. A copy of the list of names and professional addresses of each person licensed pursuant to this chapter may be obtained from the Board upon written request and payment of the cost of reproduction.2. Each licensee shall furnish the Board with written notice of his or her home and professional address within 30 days after moving.3. The addresses, telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses of licensees on file with the Board are confidential and may not be obtained pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin. Code § 641B.085
