Section 641A.485 - Service of documents1. Every notice, advisory opinion, declaratory order or other document to be served by the Board will be served by mail or delivered in person. Service thereof by mail shall be deemed complete when a true copy of the document, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail.2.
