Section 641A.415 - Construction of pleadings

The Board will construe all pleadings so as to administer justice between the parties, and the Board will, or its presiding officer shall, at every stage of any proceeding, disregard errors or defects in the pleadings or proceedings which do not affect the substantial rights of the parties.
