"Supervisor" means a psychologist who supervises a psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee pursuant to this chapter, whether or not he or she seeks reimbursement under the State Plan for Medicaid for the services rendered under the authorized scope of practice of the psychological assistant, psychological intern or psychological trainee pursuant to NRS 422.27239.
