Section 641.Sec. 2.2 - NEW

For the purposes of this chapter, a training program is completed within the United States if the program is completed within the geographic boundaries of the United States, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
