Section 641.018 - Submission of standards by accredited educational institution or public agency that employs psychological scientist

Each accredited educational institution or public agency that employs a person pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 641.390 shall submit a copy of the explicit standards to the Board as soon as practicable. If the accredited educational institution or public agency revises the standards, it shall submit a copy of the revision to the Board within 30 days after the revision becomes effective.
