Section 640A.300 - Fees and billingA licensee shall:
1. Make arrangements for the payment of fees for the treatment at the beginning of the therapeutic relationship with a patient.2. Charge for the treatment an amount which represents a reasonable fee for the treatment.3. Refrain from any misleading or deceptive billing practice.4. Make billing information available to the patient upon the request of the patient.Nev. Admin. Code § 640A.300
