Section 640.650 - Physical therapist's assistants: Inclusion of supervising physical therapist in notations of treatment

A physical therapist's assistant shall include in the notation of each treatment with which he or she is involved the name of the physical therapist who is responsible for the supervision of the physical therapist's assistant.
