Section 640.594 - Supervision of unlicensed person; limitation on number of persons supervised

A physical therapist shall not supervise more than a combined total of three persons at the same time subject to the following limits:

1. Two physical therapist assistants.

2. Two physical therapist technicians.

3. Two students who are enrolled in a program of professional education for physical therapists or physical therapist assistants.

4. Two graduates of an educational program for physical therapy or a program to become a physical therapist assistant.
