Section 640.190 - Pleadings, motions or other documents: Number of copies; availability to other persons

Except for a complaint filed with the Board pursuant to subsection 4 or 5 of NAC 640.160, an original and three legible copies of each pleading, motion or other document related to the proceeding must be filed with the office of the Board not later than 7 business days before the proceeding.
