Section 640.095 - Temporary license to practice physical therapy

The Board may issue a temporary license to practice physical therapy to an applicant if it determines that:

1. The applicant will practice physical therapy in a medically underserved area of this State, as defined by the Nevada Office of Rural Health within the University of Nevada School of Medicine; and

2. The applicant meets the requirements set forth in NRS 640.145.
