Section 640.695 - Consideration of cooperation and voluntary disclosure in mitigation of alleged violation

In any disciplinary action brought against a licensee, the Board will consider in mitigation of an alleged violation the cooperation of and voluntary disclosure of information by the licensee in the investigation of the alleged violation.
