Section 639.110 - Inactive regulations: Duties of Executive Secretary

When any regulation adopted by the Board and filed with the Secretary of State expires by its own terms, is repealed or is declared unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Executive Secretary shall so inform the Secretary of State and request that it be placed in an inactive file.
