Section 639.401 - Pharmacist authorized to engage in practice of pharmacy only at licensed pharmacy; exceptions

Except as otherwise provided in NAC 639.403 and section 3, a registered pharmacist may engage in the practice of pharmacy only at the site of a licensed pharmacy.
