Section 639.5826 - Records

The records of acquisition, inventory and disposition of all radioactive drugs and other radioactive materials of a nuclear pharmacy must be maintained in accordance with the statutes and regulations of the Board, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or an agreement state.
